The “Première Côtes de Bordeaux” is situated on the summit of the hills dominating the Garonne.  In the past called “Big Coast” it forms part of the closed circle of the most prestigious appellations of the Bordelaises region.  Olivier tends his vines with passion to produce: 

Château Maine Pascaud.

Merlot, the dominant grape variety (55%) gives the wine its roundness and it aromatic potency.  Cabernet-Sauvignon (25%) brings it structure and its silky tannins; the Cabernet Franc (15%) gives the wine fruity and delicate notes. Finally, Malbec (5) add vinosité and suppleness.

Red, dry white, moëlleux, clairet rosé, discover the character of Maine Pascaud wines.  Visits and wine tasting in the cellar can be organised on reservation.
