Every Saturday morning Cadillac becomes a meeting place for the region, when local producers gather in the colourful market.

A few kilometres further on Sainte Croix du Mont, with its chateaux and vineyards’ spreads across the relief in the soft slopes. There you will discover a bank of fossilised oysters and a sumptuous chateau. You will also taste moëlleux white wines with reflections of gold.
